Hello everyone! I’ve upgraded my site a little bit since the last time you checked. I hope that the updates make this site easier to navigate!

I haven’t written in a little while, but I want people to know that I’m still writing and trying to keep up with writing blog posts. I’ve been working on a few things, which might come as a slight surprise to you. I hope that I haven’t fallen completely off of people’s radars as a writer!

Here are some of my current projects:

The Naranah story: Naranah Shallowhollow is the daughter of a traitor. She finds herself isolated and lonely until one day, Prince Menar Fierfern comes through her family’s land, which borders on their enemy’s kingdom. Prince Menar seems fascinated with her, and suddenly she finds herself thrust into the public light once more. Once among those she can call friend, she suddenly realizes that she might not be as lonely as she once was, and that her isolation was self-inflicted.

I know that this one doesn’t SEEM like a LGBTQ+ story, but Naranah finds herself questioning gender identity and sexual orientation in the novel. Not only that, but Prince Menar is bisexual and his friend Teren is gay. So, actually, gayness abounds.

Also working on a story called “When I am Queen” which stars a young woman named Lionetta. I’ve only just started outlining it, but so far, I’ve decided that Lionetta (Lio for short) is the secret royal twin to the current crown prince, and this all comes to light when said crown prince suddenly dies, leaving Lio as the new crown princess. Her love interest is a bit more hazy right now, but I’m thinking a sort of frenemies to lovers type thing.

Still working on the sequel to both Weekend Girl and also Far Patrol. I know, it’s a lot to take in, especially when I’m still also working on my PhD.
